Hi New here. Looking at this forum I see that there is not a whole lot of activity here.
I was just wondering how many copies of the software have been sold?

There are a few hundred JointCAM users, but only a small percentage have registered for the forum.
Most of the posts here occurred when JointCAM was first released.
I think that people tend to email me directly when they have questions.

I'll probably be closing this forum sometime next year and starting a FaceBook page in it's place.

Ok I want to buy your program to do box joints,
I want to make boxes out of 1/2"material
The sides will be 4" wide and 9"tall bottom will be the same size.
I need to create joints on the bottom only
The top will have a rabbit on both ends and just sit on the sides.
Would/ could you show me with screen shots of how to set up that to cut in the pins and tails.
You can just email me with the reply
Thanks Jeff

Can you clarify what you mean? Do you want the bottom attached to the sides with box joints? JointCAM is not designed to do that.
Typically, only the sides receive box joints, and the bottom is typically held in a dado.

Assuming the sides are just 4" wide, the setup is something like this.

If you want something more decorative, the joint size and spacing is infinitely adjustable.
