I started working on box joints a few days ago, and made pretty good progress.
It'll probably be a few months before I can release a version that does box joints, but here's a little sample.

What are you talking about? A couple of months. That looks like a finished product to me.

Looks can be deceiving.
Once I got the preview working, I plugged the formula in Excel to spit out the coordinates, and drew it in AutoCAD. I created the g-code from the AutoCAD drawing.
I still have to write all the toolpath code, after I spend another 15-20 or so hours on the interface.
However, I think that the toolpath code will be much simpler than the dovetail code. At least I hope it will.
