I uploaded a development version with box joint capabilities.
They should be fully functional with one exception. There are options for A, B, and A+B boards to be machined. The A+B option will not output any code.

No manual or docs yet, but it should be self explanatory.

I haven't run any box joint code on a machine, only in simulation mode, but it all appears to be correct.

I've updated the manual to include some information on the box joint portion of JointCAM.
