I added an option to allow cutting joints at the positive end of the machines axis, typically the back side or back end of the machine.
To do this, on the Configuration page, check "Use Positive Offset Origin" and enter the location of the origin in the X and Y axis Offset boxes.
I'll try to get the manual updated in the next week or two.
