I've uploaded a test version for the large font issue that several users have run into.
Version 0.9.0.26 has a redesigned Configuration tab and Rounded Box Joint tab. These tabs will now grow and shrink with the JointCAM window, to allow all the text to fit without overlapping for those using large fonts on their PC's.
I put a few additional notes on the download page.
Please give me some feedback on this. It's a tremendous amount of work to do this, and I want to make sure that everyone will be happy with it.
I figured that it would be easier to redo the interface now, so I won't have to redo anything that's added going forward. It's probably going to take me another 40-60 hours to do this.
