When I rest the cursor over a tool in the tool table, it looks like the font for the line selected changes from a Bold font to a smaller standard size font . I don't think it's a problem. Maybe this is the way you want it to function?

It just happens to be the default behavior for the control that I used for the tool table.

I'm not sure if that behavior can be modified, but I'll take a look.
